All Modu Machina products come with a 10 month parts and labor warranty. If your product is defective or damaged on receipt, then you are entitled to repair or replacement(replacement or repair decided by qualified repair facility). This coverage begins on the purchase date of product. A valid proof of purchase is required to begin warranty procedure. Valid proof of purchase must contain the date of purchase and qualified vendor identification. Such would include email receipt or invoice, or printed receipt or invoice. 

 

To begin a claim email Contact@modumachina.com with your reason for claim and attached receipt. If you qualify for replacement or repair you will receive additional notification directly.
